This past weekend, I just finished a successful run of AN ENEMY OF THE PEOPLE, playing the liberal newspaperman Hovstad who makes a few too many concessions and turning his back on the people. Directed by Sharon Quinn, it was a true pleasure to dive into this still very relevant play. Below is a picture of the production. Photo credit: Carol Cornicelli.
On February 27th I was honored to be part of the Podcast recording of the new play DEAD WAIT: A JOURNEY INTO AFRO-EXISTENTIALISM, directed by Tonya Pinkins (All My Children, Caroline or Change - Tony Nom, Jelly's Last Jam - Tony Win). The cast included: Darius de Haas (Shuffle Along, RENT, Dreamgirls), Tyrone Henderson (Bring in Da Noise Bring in Da Funk, King Lear), Dashiell Eaves (Stomp - Original Cast, The Lieutenant of Inishmore), Camille Saviola (Nine, Chicago) and June Vallinger (Pack of Lies).
